Image
On the third day, we visited a Camp at Panayampalli, Sathyamangalam which was organised by Aram Sei team and Rotary Club of CBE Zenith. We are here to conduct CSA technical session for the adults. There were totally 64 number of students from different colleges present at the session. The session was handled by Vigneshwaran, Nirosha and Chandrika. Aram Sei team recognised our team and team members for our contribution and activities towards the society. We explained them about the child sexual abuse and the session went more of like a discussion and the environment was good with the open minded people. After the end of the session, few showed interest to join the team.  "Yes, we inspire, we are ready to train you so that you could aware more and more. Society needs responsible adults and hope we all are" We thank the Aram Sei team and Rotary club of CBE Zenith for arranging the session and giving us the opportunity. Few moments from the session:

On Day 2, we visited Thaai Tamil School in Tiruppur. The staffs had already arranged the kids in a hall and everything was kept ready before we reached. There were nearly 80+ children present to attend the session. The children are well disciplined and their pronunciation in Tamil was very good. We started the session with the basics of CSA. As the books from the 3rd class had already information about the basics of child safety, the children were good with the basics. The children were interactive and were enthusiastic throughout the session.  Session Lead: Vigneshwaran and Nirosha We thank the School Management for giving us this opportunity to conduct the session.  This way we keep awaking the children on their safety #aaythaSiragugal #Whistle #CSA Moments from the Session:

CSA - Nilgiris Visit

On July 27th, 2019 we visited three schools in the interior of the Nilgiris district to conduct session on Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse. PUPS, Kesalada School PUPS, Beben PUMS, Horasholai First we went PUPS, Kesalada School. We planned to start session by 9.30 but was delayed by one hour, since many kids are walking from interior areas and only few buses are available on time. Head Master of the school was so supportive, and he called old students for this session. Totally 30 kids were present and all are very interactive. Next we went to PUPS, Beben which was too interior and at top of the hill. Before two years, the School was planned to closed due to low strength, because of the hard work of two teachers and they changed school infrastructure, teaching methodologies and increased the student count. Now there are 22 kids. Nirosha handled the session and kids understood and responded well. The last session of the day was at PUMS, Horashola...

Aaytha Siragugal - WHISTLE - Open Session June 30, 2019 Madurai It's a Sunday, normally on Sundays after a work loaded weekdays we prefer to keep Sunday for resting and relaxing. Everything will be happening slowly on Sundays, we will be waking up lately after having deep sleep then have our coffee, may have or skip our breakfast and go into lunch directly. On a whole it would be like a pretty lazy and not do anything day. But for us, Aaytha Siragugal, the weekends are not like that. We keep knocking the doors of the schools, children home and trust, visit deep rural and interior areas to conduct session on Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA). This way we keep awaring the children, parents and teachers on CSA to develop a child friendly society.  On one such weekend we planned to conduct open session on prevention of child sexual abuse. This is for the first time we made an announcement for open session and were putting our efforts since last two months for this grand ev...
