From a Facebook page to an registered NGO, the journey of aaythaSiragual has been extraordinary and the trust we have developed over these years is the proof of our success. aaythaSiragugal - aaytha ezhuthu - three dots - our work revolve around the following three areas: Offering educational help and resources Offering medical help and resources Social Awareness Right from our college days, we along with our friends were doing educational help for the requesters and needy.  With the support of Prasanna and Ajmal we started doing medical help, initially beginning with helping HIV children in Madurai GH. The next is social awareness through which we reached many people, and we started to speak and spread awareness on taboo topics as much. The foundation for our social awareness has been laid with assistance from the Aval and Aware team, who were working for the cause of children and women. CHN01AS2020 January 12th, 2020 Aaytha Siragugal Chennai Team conducted a volunteer induction program to start with the year 2020 and to train them on Prevention of Child Safety Session. There were 15 volunteers attended the session and almost all showed interest to join the team. During the session we educated the volunteers on Technical Session and showed them some videos about the prevention of child sexual abuse.  Thanks to all Chennai team for successfully completing the session - Sivaraman, Indra, Arvind, Vishnukumar, Ratna and Satya. Special thanks to those volunteers who sacrificed the weekend and attended the session. Appreciate them for showing interest. M01CSA2020 January 09th,  2020 We conducted Child Safety Session at Aalattur Panchayat School. Totally 63 number of students from the class of 4th to 8th has been educated on the below topics Child Rights Child Safety Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse The session has been lead by our speakers Angel and Gowri. Hi All, Happy New Year 2020 to everyone. For us, aaythaSiragugal the year 2019 has been awesome and fantastic. We continued our work with the same enthusiam as we were doing from 2014. This year provided us an opportunity to conduct sessions in other cities like Coimbatore,Chennai and Nilgiris. In Madurai also the volunteers have been working closely towards a child friendly environment. During this year we conducted an open session in Madurai on Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse. Through this program we reached out to more than 200+ people, and all our volunteers from Madurai, Coimbatore and Chennai gathered together for the successful conduct of the event. In the year 2019 alone we conducted 85 sessions.
